This includes: rent collection, service charge administration, facilities management, tenant management, dispute resolution, asset management, fabric maintenance. We run Trace (Tramps) property management software – Tramps is one of the leading property management databases and accounting packages.
We also offer the full range of commercial property advice for leased or owned properties including: valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals, business rates, sales, lettings and purchases throughout Solihull and the wider Midlands region.
