Peter Fowles BSc MPhil MRICS – Managing Director
Peter has over 22 years commercial property experience and has worked for some of the largest commercial property consultants including: Jones Lang LaSalle, Weatherall Green and Smith (now BNP Atis) and Fuller Peiser. Before setting up PNF, Peter worked as the Investment and Asset Manager at Castlemore Securities. His clients have included PricewaterhouseCoopers, Barclays Bank, HSBC, Prudential, Severn Trent Property, J D Wetherspoon, Carillion and Royal Mail.
Andrew Playfer BA MSc MRICS – Surveyor
Andrew is an experienced property management surveyor having previously worked in the medical and retail sectors. A graduate of Sheffield Hallam and Leeds Universities, Andrew is responsible for a number of our properties under management as well as advising on Landlord and Tenant and Agency matters.
Rosie Suter – Head of Accounts
Rosie has 30 years experience in varied business roles including Court Reporting, office administration, PA and accounts management; latterly working in private practice and managing yearly accounts for over 30 companies. Rosie heads our property management accounts service which covers rent and service charge collection and administration.
